Hamlet & Ghost will reopen Thursday, January 12 with a limited menu and full bar after a Thanksgiving day fire at neighboring restaurant Mio Posto closed the Saratoga Springs cocktail bar and several neighbors on Caroline Street.
The restaurant, which experienced extensive water and fire damage on Thanksgiving, thought first of staff and their families and immediately started fundraising to support the staff who would be without work over the holidays. Their GoFundMe page raised nearly $20,000 from the generous fans of the bar and citizens of Saratoga Springs.
With the holidays and extensive repairs behind them, the owners and staff at Hamlet & Ghost are eager to reopen their doors and once again serve some of the best handcrafted cocktails in Saratoga Springs. So come on over and help them celebrate with a cocktail – or two!
