A new Saratoga Springs restaurant is coming to the Beekman Street Arts District just off Broadway.
Located at 62 Beekman, Beekman Bar + Eatery is a “chic new revival of the American restaurant… featuring a diverse seasonal menu, craft cocktails, and exciting ambience” according to their Grand Opening event on Facebook.
The Grand Opening celebration will include complimentary tastings and craft cocktails from 2:30 – 10:30 p.m. on Friday, February 3. If you want to get a head start on the Friday crowds, Beekman Bar + Eatery is currently open daily for their soft opening from 4-9 p.m.
You might not beat the crowds if you head over for the remaining days of the restaurant’s soft opening, however. Many Saratoga residents have been taking advantage of the restaurant’s soft opening to sample delicious fare like the herb-encrusted wild salmon pictured above. The restaurant’s menu includes sections for tapas, salads, flatbreads, “grub”, and “luxe”. Examples of grub include pulled pork sandwiches and zesty chicken lettuce wrap while luxe fare runs more towards modern takes on traditional entrees like New York Strip ($24) and Shrimp Napoleon ($22).
